A Gallo-Roman funerary pyre at the Martres-d'Artière

This documentary, made on the occasion of the exhibition "Post-mortem funerary rites in Lugdunum" (Post-Mortem Rites - funéraires à Lugdunum), follows Frédérique Blaizot on the excavations of a funerary pyre at Les Martres-d'Artière in the Puy-de-Dôme (Auvergne), and Jacques Lasfargues, who puts in perspective the results of archaeological research conducted on many necropolises of the land around Lyon.
